The project was concluded by the previous mayor Jean-Claude Gaudin. The latter had granted an emphyteutic lease of about sixty years and a building permit purged of all recourse to build a luxury hotel of 39 rooms with swimming pool, brasserie and spa and the privatization of part of its setting. of vegetation.
Coming to power, the new majority had renegotiated with the promoter. In the new agreement, part of the buildings that were to accommodate rooms will have to be transformed over 200 m2 into artist residences, and the park escapes its partial privatization.
