The Chalet Aquitain workshop sells off hundreds of pairs of children’s shoes

Hundreds of pairs of shoes, from 17 to 41, are offered during the spring sale of the Chalet Aquitaine workshop, shoe store located in Blanquefort (Gironde), until Wednesday March 30 inclusive. With the confinements, the stocks are even more important than usual and there are still a lot of choices.

Although the Chalet Aquitain workshop has not made shoes since 2018, the store is managed by connoisseurs who offer “quality shoes”, underlines Marli Marchyllie, head of SAS Atelier du Chalet Aquitain. The company was created by former employees of Mod’8, a famous manufacturer of children’s shoes, established in Blanquefort since the 1950s, but which closed its site in November 2013.
