The centrist Hervé Morin, outgoing president of Normandy, comes first in the first round of the regional elections, collecting 35.1% of the votes according to the first estimates of the Ipsos / Sopra Steria institute, ahead of the RN list of Nicolas Bay, given to 20.4%.

Mélanie Boulanger’s PS / EELV / Generations list is credited with a score of 18.3%, ahead of that of LREM led by Laurent Bonnaterre, at 11.6%, according to these estimates made for France Télévisions / Radio France / LCP.
