Last night, Lionel Messi (36) won The Best-FIFA Award for best player of the year at the ceremony in London. A victory that caused much discussion since for many, Erling Haaland should have won. The Norwegian scored a string of goals with Manchester City, the club with which he won the famous treble. When the winner was announced, the cameras were focused on Alfie Haaland, the father of the striker who had traveled to receive the title in place of the Norwegian striker who did not participate in the ceremony.
