“The Biggest Loser” of 2024 is candidate Giulio. Meanwhile, the next season is already being prepared.
The winner of the 15th season of the Sat.1 weight loss show “The Biggest Loser – Life Made Easy” is clear: Candidate Giulio (31) won in the final on March 11th. The Italian lost 72 kilograms and ultimately beat three competitors. He not only won the title, but also 50,000 euros.
Lost more than 40 percent
“There is always something that makes you fall down, but fight for what you want and be proud of yourself,” the happy winner tells other people. He only managed it on the second attempt: In 2015, he took part in “The Biggest Loser” and even lost around 30 kilos back then. Even after the show he didn’t give up and lost a total of almost 90 kilos. But due to strokes of fate, he was unable to maintain the weight and gained weight again. In the 2024 edition, nine years later, he competed at 177.2 kilograms. In the final, thanks to disciplined eating and hard training, the scales showed 105.2 kilos, a loss of 40.63 percent.
Giulio thus prevailed against his three final competitors: Lisa lost weight from 121.9 to 99.5 kilos. Nadine was able to reduce her starting weight from 123.2 kilos to 80.9 kilos. Lukas managed to go from 166.1 to 104.2 kilograms.
New season already being planned
Next year, people who want to lose weight will also have the chance to do so on TV with the help of coaches Dr. Christine Theiss and Ramin Abtin. Sat.1 has already announcedthat there will be a new season in 2025. An open casting will take place on April 13th in Cologne.
