3,300 children were born in the Catholic Josefinum Hospital in Augsburg in 2023 – a record in Bavaria. The Catholic Youth Welfare Department of the Diocese of Augsburg (KJF) announced this on Monday; she runs the clinic. Nationwide, the house is in fifth place in terms of birth rates, it said.
