The 19-year-old young man suspected of having shot the police officer Eric Masson in Avignon was indicted Tuesday evening for “intentional homicide on a person holding public authority” and imprisoned, his lawyer told AFP.
He was remanded in custody at the Baumettes prison in Marseille, said Louis-Alain Lemaire.
