10:15 p.m.: Local Daesh branch claims only the first attack
The local branch of Daesh (ISKP, or Islamic State Khorasan Province) claimed responsibility only for the first attack, giving the name of the suicide bomber who blew himself up with a belt bomb. The Pentagon had, for its part, spoken well of a double explosion.
