“Every day a new adventure” is the motto of the little mouse in the Munich Marionette Theater. But that she was surprised that morning at breakfast with her mouse friend Freddy by two extremely annoying tomcats and that after a wild hunt the two had to hide from their pursuers in a manhole from their pursuers, she did not expect that.
The play “The Adventures of the Little Mouse” is on the repertoire of the theater several times in August.
But adventures also await the children who take part in the holiday program “A Day at the Marionette Theater” on August 16 or 23: Under the expert guidance of artistic director Siegfried Böhmke and his team of puppeteers, everyone can build their own cloth marionette and try out its mobility in play .
Everyone not only works in the workshop, but also learns more about the secrets of stage technology and explores the puppet pool. The activities on these two days are rounded off with a visit to the current afternoon performance – and it tells of the “adventures of the little mouse”.
