the actor placed under curatorship reinforced by justice

The 88-year-old actor is placed under curatorship reinforced by the courts.

Alain Delon is placed by the courts under the status of reinforced curatorship, BFMTV learned from a source close to the case, confirming information from CNews.

The Montargis court examined this Thursday, April 4, the request for guardianship of the actor, currently placed under judicial protection since January 25 for health reasons. The actor’s lawyer then alerted the courts, signaling the urgency of placing him under protection.

A family conflict surrounding the actor’s health

The hearing which took place today lasted a little over two hours, in the presence of the actor’s daughter Anouchka Delon, his lawyer, Alain Delon’s lawyer, and lawyers from Anthony and Alain Fabien, his two sons.

The reinforced curatorship – which can last 5 years and be renewed once – provides that the curator has a mandate to manage the income of the protected person, in this case Alain Delon.

For several months now, Alain Delon’s family has been torn apart over his health and his last wishes. Anthony, the actor’s eldest son, criticizes his sister Anouchka in particular for having hidden their father’s declining health from him.

She is also accused by Anthony and Alain Fabien – her second brother – of wanting to bring Alain Delon back to Switzerland when he would have expressed his wish to end his life in Douchy in France.
