Casselardit district. They decide to control him, but he refuses to stop. The police decide to follow him when the driver enters the ring road.
On the tracks, he takes many risks, endangering other drivers who swerve on seeing his dangerous driving. He ends up leaving the ring road to return to the same sector. But his chase is stopped by something he hadn’t thought of: traffic jams. Stuck in traffic, he was caught by the police, who arrested him.
And when they got him out of the car, they were surprised to find that the driver was unlikely to know all the nuances of the Highway Code, given his young age. The driver was indeed barely 15 years old and therefore, no license. Unknown to the police, the young man was taken into custody.
