According to the interview, TZ APAC will serve to educate and organize a hackathon for people to participate in the improvement and development of the ecosystem.
“TZ APAC acts as both a “creator” and a “promoter” to create creators. To support the ecosystem of “Tezos”, promote the strategic transformation of organizations interested in adopting blockchain.”
TZ APAC will focus on two main functions: 1. Educating by having a Work Shop for developers directly to encourage them to develop blockchain applications and 2. Hackathon for people to participate in the improvement. and develop the Tezos ecosystem
Frederick said that DeFi has seen a lot of growth in the Asia-Pacific region, with NFT-Fi, Game-Fi being the region with the most growth in DeFi and Web 3.
“What will we do on top on these strengths? Our goal is to ensure that we cultivate the skills and abilities that creators and developers can help drive this space. In Thailand we are starting to see many groups moving to NFT. And with the strong growth in DeFi, we have to look at ways in which they can expand their collaboration to a wider range of areas.”
The establishment of TZ APAC can be said to have played a very important role in Tezos’s presence in the Asia-Pacific market. We may see more organizations or platforms using Tezos blockchain.
