The group around Henry XIII. Prince Reuss wanted to storm the Bundestag with armed force, and now the first trial is about to begin. But many don’t take right-wing extremist would-be subversives seriously. What a mistake.
Of course you can dismiss the whole Reuss conspiracy as complete nonsense. Just this talk about an international alliance that would help the Germans overthrow their government. Or the story that powerful politicians hold defenseless children captive in underground bunkers in order to brew a rejuvenation potion from their blood, an old anti-Semitic narrative. One can rightly consider these people to be partially removed from reality. It would just be a mistake not to take them seriously.
