That should have hurt quite a bit: a dog in Upper Franconia put a burglar to flight with a bite. Apparently, the previously unknown grabbed through the tilted window and wanted to gain access to the apartment in Strullendorf (Bamberg district), the police reported on Wednesday. The terrier inside then bit so hard that the window sill was almost littered with traces of blood. According to the information, the burglar did not succeed in entering the apartment in a rear building and stealing something. He probably had to flee injured after the incident on Tuesday.
