“Let’s Dance”: Influencer Ann-Kathrin Bendixen is out

Eighth round of the RTL dance competition “Let’s Dance”: two candidates receive the full jury score – and one influencer has to leave.
It’s all over for the influencer Ann-Kathrin Bendixen. She got on the RTL show “Let’s Dance” received the fewest points from the jury and viewers and had to leave the dance competition after show number eight. The jurors Joachim Llambi, Motsi Mabuse and Jorge González only gave out 15 points, and there wasn’t enough approval from the viewers via call voting .
The 24-year-old had tears in her eyes, but she endured her exit from the show with composure. “Thank you for allowing me to come this far,” she said. “It was such a great time,” she said, and she made “such great friendships,” especially towards her fellow candidate Gabriel Kelly, with whom she camped on the hotel roof after the dress rehearsal.
The jury dance, in which the jurors trained and performed together with the candidates, could not save Ann-Kathrin, who was eliminated. Because she was on juror Joachim Llambi’s team and this team ended up in last place with only 5 percent of the votes in an online voting, she didn’t get enough points there either.
Detlef “D.” Soost must tremble after “Horrortanz”.
For some audience members, choreographer Detlef “D.” may also have had to tremble that evening. Soost, who didn’t have to say goodbye to the show, but had to say goodbye to his favorite status and shed tears of relief – possibly also relief that he had completed the quickstep: “That was my horror dance, it was the one I was most afraid of .”
However, the evening was much more successful for Sarah Connor’s little sister, musician Lulu Lewe, who, together with her dance partner Massimo Sinató, performed a sexy contemporary dance in leather clothes and received 30 points from the jury. The three jurors also gave full marks to Jana Wosnitza, her dance partner Vadim Garbuzov and their quickstep.
In between, presenter Daniel Hartwich let TV chef and “Let’s Dance” fan Roland Trettl, who was sitting in the audience, rave uninhibitedly about the show. Despite all his enthusiasm, he didn’t want to take part himself, said Trettl: “The heart says yes, the head and talent definitely say no.”
