In this case (screenplay: Günter Schütter, director: Ngo The Chau) it’s about the garbage trade and the abysses of a Russian mafia in Berlin. After the last case with Becker (53) as Rubin, there will be a solo case for her colleague Robert Karow (played by Mark Waschke (50)) in the fall, which was recently filmed.

Filming with the new RBB duo Waschke and Corinna Harfouch (67) is planned for the summer and broadcast in spring 2023.

Meret Becker played the chief inspector Nina Rubin for seven years and investigated together with colleague Karow. There were 15 episodes with the not always harmonious duo.

With more than 10 million viewers in the first, the opening episodes “Tatort: Das Muli” (March 22, 2015) and “Tatort: Meta” (February 18, 2018) were the team’s most successful films. The film “Meta” won a Grimme Special Prize in February 2019.
