Joko Winterscheidt fell with a bicycle while recording a new episode of “Joko & Klaas vs. ProSieben”. He had to be treated briefly.

TV presenter Joko Winterscheidt fell off a bicycle while recording a new episode of “Joko & Klaas vs. ProSieben” and injured his stomach. The 43-year-old had to be treated briefly behind the scenes, as could be seen on Tuesday evening’s broadcast.

On the game show, Winterscheidt attempted to ride a BMX bike over a tree trunk. In the fall he landed flat on his stomach on the handlebars of the bike and lay on the ground cursing. “It burrowed into my stomach,” he commented.

When Winterscheidt returned to the stage after a short time, he continued to hold his stomach with both hands, but continued the show. Ultimately, however, the full physical effort was not worth it: The victory in this episode went to ProSieben.

The show was the prelude to a total of five new episodes of the game show. In it, Winterscheidt and his colleague Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (39) have to complete various tasks in order to collect points against their employer ProSieben. In each episode you can win 15 minutes of live airtime. If they lose, there is a penalty. The two entertainers now have to moderate the ProSieben knowledge format “Galileo” up to and including Friday (October 21).
