Joko & Klaas start a 24-hour TV spectacle with fireworks

The private broadcaster ProSieben releases its program for 24 hours. How far will Joko & Klaas go as temporary program heads?
The entertainers Joko and Klaas took over the ProSieben program for a whole day. At midnight on Sunday, the two jokers greeted the TV audience from a rooftop in Berlin. “I can say whatever I want. Shit – I can say it. But I can also say: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to 24 hours of “Joko and Klaas against ProSieben”,” said Klaas Heufer-Umlauf (40). Joko Winterscheidt (45) stood on a ladder at a roof hatch because he apparently didn’t dare go on the roof.
At the start, the private broadcaster displayed the information that they had no influence on the scheduling of broadcast times. In the first half hour, the entertainers presented their planned program on a flip chart, but this still left many questions unanswered. Live acts from the two are always expected.
The two then carried two boxes of fireworks to a cellar on the site in the east of the city. The station showed advertising in between. Then the two people who were outside set off the fireworks. It could be seen from camera angles in the basement and from outside a window that the fireworks went off. Smoke developed. The two then moved on through Berlin.
The two recently got the full day of programming on the show “Joko and Klaas versus ProSieben”. If the two win the show, they can usually do whatever they want for 15 minutes live on prime time television the day after. The TV audience only finds out what’s on the program live when the action begins. This time they won 24 hours. According to the broadcaster, this is a one-off prize in the anniversary season.
