A little bug that has driven more than one football fan crazy. Saturday evening, the broadcast of the Ukraine-England match was interrupted for several minutes due to a technical incident. As reported by the site of The Dispatch, this signal problem affected CanalSat subscribers as well as those of Free and MyCanal.
“You may encounter an error message while playing your content on myCANAL. Our teams are mobilized to resolve the technical problem as quickly as possible. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We warn you when it’s resolved, ”wrote the group on Twitter.
“A problem independent of our systems”
The message was quickly relayed by TF1, inviting viewers to go to the MYTF1 online platform to resume the match. MyCanal subscribers, however, found the sporting event a few minutes later after the bug was resolved. “Service has just been re-established on your decoders and on myCANAL. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by a problem unrelated to our systems, ”he explained on Twitter. According to The Dispatch, it could be a power failure.
