7-year-old Claire, from Texas, USA, has wanted her own dog since she was a toddler.

However, mother Janee and father Craig do not allow their daughter a dog as both have an allergy to pet hair.
Eventually they discover the dog breed Goldendoodle.
The breed is a cross between a Golden Retriever and a Poodle. According to scientific studies, these dogs have a particularly low allergy potential.
So the parents decide to grant Claire her wish of having her own dog before Christmas.
The two secretly pick up the dog from the breeder. With the help of Claire’s big brother Ben, they put the little dog in a box and put him in front of the front door.
When the little girl opens the box and sees the little dog, she can hardly believe her luck.
“I started crying right away with her,” says mum Janee.
Clair is very happy and the two-month-old puppy named Nola Rose now has a new home.
