Tax tricks cost Germany 26 billion dollars – economy

Governments’ fight against tax evasion has not been as successful as expected – at least that is the message of the annual report of the “Tax Justice Network”. The British non-governmental organization calls for stricter tax laws for corporations and the wealthy. 138 countries around the world are currently attempting historic reforms to make tax tricks more difficult internationally. The Tax Justice Network holds this procedure but for far too lax. Poorer countries in particular would continue to lose a lot of money to tax havens in the coming years, despite international decisions, warns the organization.
