In tears and interrupted by sobs, entrepreneur Andrea Tandler, who was accused of tax evasion amounting to millions, confessed that she had made mistakes in taxing her 48 million euro fee for the (legal) arrangement of corona protective masks. However, she had taken tax advice and it did not occur to her that her business structure might have been illegal, she added. “If I had been even remotely aware of the danger, I would not have put my family, Mr. N., his children or myself in this situation.”
