Ratings are weak again

Only 6.84 million people: The “crime scene” has never had as few viewers as on Sunday this year.
Disappointing audience figures for the “crime scene”: According to “dwdl” only 6.84 million wanted to see the Zurich case “Tatort: Schattenkinder” on Sunday. The crime thriller institution slipped below the threshold of seven million viewers for the first time this year.
Despite the low ratings for “Tatort” conditions, the broadcaster Das Erste still got the prime time victory on Sunday evening. ZDF came second with 5.01 million for the “Herzkino” film “Next Exit Glück”.
“Focus” gets more viewers than “crime scene”
More viewers informed themselves about the Ukraine war in front of the “crime scene” in the first. 7.09 million people watched the “Tagesschau” at 8 p.m. In the subsequent “focus” on the subject, there were even 8.22 million.
“Tatort: Schattenkinder” was only the third case for the new Zurich commissioners. Isabelle Grandjean (Anna Pieri Zuercher, 43) and Tessa Ott (Carol Schuler, 35) have been investigating at the new location of the Swiss “crime scene” since 2020. The team’s first two appearances, with 7.45 and 7.85 million viewers, did not achieve outstanding ratings either.
