According to a media report, the online retailer Buero.de has expanded its takeover bid for branches of the insolvent department store chain Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof. As picture reported with reference to business circles, the company is now in negotiations for the takeover of 47 branches of the department store group. So far, interest had only been shown at around 40 locations. Buero.de is interested in locations in medium-sized cities. His list of offers includes around a dozen branches in Bavaria alone, including in Aschaffenburg, Bamberg and Bayreuth. The first talks with the insolvency administrator of the Galeria Group have already been taken up by company boss Markus Schön.
