Working four days instead of five, with the same pay – the four-day week sounds like a tempting idea. IG Metall has now demanded this for the steel industry. And this demand is hitting a nerve – more and more employees want a four-day week. But can the concept also be implemented on a large scale across different industries? Or is that just a utopia?
