Summer, sun – beach vacation? Many people are drawn to the sea as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear. And we don’t even have to travel far for a nice sandy beach. According to a current ranking by the online tour operator “Loveholidays.com”, several German beaches are among the most popular in all of Europe – at least when it comes to how Instagrammable the coast is.
The most popular beaches in Europe on Instagram
For the ranking, the platform compared more than 200 European beaches and, based on the number of posts on Instagram with the hashtag of the respective beach, ranked the 20 most popular beaches in Europe. The result is something to be proud of – because Germany ended up in the top ten twice. In the picture gallery we show you which beaches are particularly suitable for selfies.
