French Eurovision fans crown Switzerland’s Gjon’s Tears. The singer, passed by The Voice, won on Saturday with his title The whole universe, the annual vote organized by
the OGAE club (for “General organization of Eurovision fans”) France.

This vote has no impact on the result of the competition whose final will be held on May 22 in Rotterdam (Netherlands), but it gives an indication of the songs most appreciated by aficionados.

France in the top 3

The 149 French members who took part in the vote, and who could not, in accordance with the rules, vote for France – in this case for Barbara Pravi -, made the other French-speaking candidate of this edition triumph by granting him 1061 points. in front of
Maltese Destiny (942) and
Lithuanian group The Roop (635).

These results are in addition to those of OGAE clubs in other countries that have been released so far. In the general classification, this Sunday, Switzerland is in the lead with 134 points, ahead of Malta (104) and… France (102). A similar trifecta, but in a different order, to
that of the bookmakers who see Malta as the main favorite for victory, ahead of France and Switzerland.
