After several bomb threats in October, the Swiss airport had to suspend flight operations again this morning. Since the all-clear, flying has been possible again.

The terminal was evacuated, as the airport at the border triangle between France, Switzerland and Germany announced. According to the airport, which is located on French territory, flight operations have been temporarily suspended. Access to Euro Airport was closed shortly before 6 a.m.

Late in the morning, the administration of the French department of Haut-Rhin gave the all-clear. “No danger to staff and passengers,” the authorities reported on X (formerly Twitter). According to the airport, flight operations were gradually ramped up again. Some flights, including to and from Frankfurt and Munich, were canceled. Numerous other connections were delayed.

Last October, Euro Airport and several other regional airports in France were affected by false bomb threats.
