If they do not specify the extent of the phenomenon, the increase in complaints for this type of theft would be significant.
The military point out that these cleaning items are “regularly stolen from private gardens”. They urge owners to “think about securing their storage space”. Investigations are underway to determine if this individual has committed similar acts.
