Suspended expulsion: Darmanin in check? (2)

The administrative court of Paris on Friday suspended the decision to expel Hassan Iquioussen. He justified this decision by saying that this expulsion “would disproportionately harm [la] private and family life” of the imam. Gérald Darmanin announced that he would appeal this decision to the Council of State. The Minister of the Interior had ordered his expulsion to Morocco last week because of anti-Semitic, homophobic and “anti-women”.
