As the most successful football player in NFL history, Brady had now announced his retirement. Brady and Bundchen have been married since 2009 and have two children together.
Following the retirement of her husband Tom Brady, supermodel Gisele Bundchen has shared memories of his NFL career on social media.
“When I met you over 15 years ago, I didn’t know anything about football,” wrote the Brazilian on her social media channels on Tuesday. In the years that she cheered him on, she learned so much “until I thought I knew more than the referees!”
On the way to each game, they listened to “a special champions playlist” together. “As a family we have always prayed for you, celebrated and supported you at every game, celebrated every win and suffered with every defeat.” She is proud of her husband, who has endured so much physically and emotionally. Finally, she also thanked the fans who had supported Brady and his family over the years.
