Happycleaning When I’m on holiday abroad, I look for toothpaste that is produced in that country, that has a brand that has been around for as long as possible – and that has nice packaging. In Portugal I came across “Couto” in a shop. The toothpaste has been manufactured since 1932 and the design is a classic. I bought the entire stock in the small shop in Lisbon, six tubes. At home, every strip of toothpaste seems to end up with some holiday sunshine on my toothbrush. I love these keepsakes: instead of letting them collect dust, I use them up. And they turn out to be original gifts for friends.
Maybe I should start a business with it.
