Depending on your preference, you can also have morello cherries or apple slices ready for the filling.

First the dough is prepared. To do this, knead all the ingredients together, form into a ball and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Now preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

At the same time you can prepare the filling. To do this, first cook the pudding according to the package instructions.

Then let the finished pudding cool and beat in an egg.

The shortcrust pastry should now be completely cooled.

You can then place this in a pan lined with baking paper or spread it out on a baking tray.

Now the sprinkles are prepared. To do this, knead all the ingredients in a bowl with your hands.

Then spread the pudding mixture and the sprinkles on the shortcrust pastry.

You can also spread the cherries or apple slices on the pudding.

Bake the cake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
