Straw bale pool in Vaterstetten – Ebersberg

Just in time for the start of the summer holidays, there is an attraction for the hot days in Vaterstetten: a pool made of straw bales on the meadow next to the traffic training area. The Junge Union is building this for the fourth time this year – after a two-year Corona break – and again invites all those who stayed at home in Vaterstetten to experience three days of vacation in their homeland. The stroball pool is open this Friday, July 29, from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on Saturday, July 30, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. (bathing until 9 p.m.) and on Sunday, July 31, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m . Entry is free.

After splashing around, you can relax and enjoy the day in deckchairs under the palm trees. For children there is a bouncy castle, a gladiator game and much more. Of course, physical well-being is also taken care of, with grilled food, ice cream and cold drinks tempting. In the evening, the bar starts with cocktails, lounge music and appropriate lighting.

“We are happy to finally be able to build our straw bale pool again after a two-year break and to put together a great weekend for young and old,” says Florian Pöhlmann, local chairman of the JU Vaterstetten. “Many families are looking for entertainment for the children during the summer holidays, and many others simply want to spend a nice day or evening when the weather is good. Everyone is welcome here.”
