A storm and its consequences. A severe storm swept across the Turkish metropolis of Istanbul on Monday. Four people were killed and around 20 people were injured. Several cargo ships had been torn from their anchorages on the Bosphorus by the strong winds. Some even ran aground – like this one. The gusts of wind with speeds of over 100 km / h caused roof tiles to fall off in some places in Istanbul, masonry came off and other objects fell onto the streets. Many people were just very lucky.
