Rescuers increase turtles’ poor chances of survival
Turtles have less than one percent chance of survival. Therefore, conservationists in South Africa rescue the young animals and care for them for nine months. In order not to fall victim to adverse weather conditions and predators, the animals are ultimately transported to their new home.
