PARIS, Oct 24 (Reuters) – Stocks to watch on Monday at the Paris Stock Exchange and across Europe where futures are pointing to a higher open:

* The ATOS group ATOS.PA announced on Monday that it had been approached by several players interested in a potential acquisition of its Tech Foundations activity.

* RENAULT RENA.PA – Discussions between the French automaker and Nissan on the Japanese group’s investment in the electric entity of its French partner, in the midst of reshuffling a twenty-year-old alliance, stumble over technology sharing , several sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

* SOLVAY SOLB.BR raised its annual forecast on Monday and said it expected record revenue and gross operating surplus (EBITDA) in the third quarter of 2022 based on preliminary figures.

* ICADE ICAD.PA confirmed its annual objectives on Monday and published growth of 2.2% in its turnover, group share on a like-for-like basis, to 1.17 billion euros at the end of September.

* IMERYS IMTP.PA announced on Monday that it aims to extract lithium from the site it operates in Beauvoir, in the Allier department, with the aim of becoming “a major player” in the sector in Europe.

* PHILIPS PHG.AS announced on Monday that it plans to cut around 4,000 jobs, just over 5% of the workforce, as part of the restructuring of its organization following the mass recall of medical ventilators which caused valuation fell about 70% last year.

* CREDIT SUISSE CSGN.S – The Swiss bank, whose liquidity situation worries investors, is considering a capital increase of around 2 billion Swiss francs and the issue of convertible bonds to finance its reorganization projects, has the SonntagsZeitung newspaper reported on Sunday.

* VICAT VCTP.PA – Citigroup lowered its recommendation to “neutral” from “buy”.
