St. Pauli cheers three times in five minutes – sport

The Kiezkicker turn an early deficit in Heidenheim and are at the top of the table, Ingolstadt and Kiel are on the spot in the relegation battle and Aue also missed the first win of the season in Karlsruhe.

With another away win, FC St. Pauli has consolidated its lead in the 2nd Bundesliga. Hamburg prevailed after falling behind at 1. FC Heidenheim 4: 2 (0: 1). The last place could be surrendered to Erzgebirge Aue by the 1: 1 (0: 1) against Holstein Kiel. The Saxons lost to Karlsruher SC 1: 2 (0: 0).

St. Pauli turned the game around within five minutes in the second half with three goals from striker Guido Burgstaller (55th / 60th) and Max Dittgen (56th). From the guests’ point of view, Dittgen (81st) also marked the end. Tobias Mohr (4th) had given the Heidenheim team an early lead, Tim Kleindienst (85th) managed to make it 2: 4. The Austrian Burgstaller increased his season hit account to nine.

KSC, on the other hand, reduced the gap to the promotion zone to three points after two games without any success with goals from Fabian Schleusener (46th) and Philipp Hofmann (67th). In Ingolstadt the Austrian Benedikt Pichler (13th) put Kiel in the lead with a header, Stefan Kutschke (46th) was also successful with a header to equalize. The Kiel could not break away from the end of the table with the point. The new FCI coach Andre Schubert, who used to work as a trainer in Kiel, was able to score at his home premiere and lead his protégés to the penultimate place in the table with five points.
