The media group Axel Springer wants to oblige its employees to disclose sexual relationships between executives and employees. That’s what CEO Mathias Döpfner said Financial Times. On the way to becoming a global corporation, Springer must be aware that stricter rules in the workplace are common in the important US market. In addition, Döpfner told the newspaper: “We cannot accept double standards.” Therefore, in the future, a set of rules should apply to all employees based on Anglo-Saxon standards.
