Boian Videnoff knows from personal experience how painful progress can be. Nevertheless, or perhaps because of it, the 34-year-old is working on a turning point in the sheet music business. His start-up has moved into a handful of offices on Alexanderplatz in Berlin. Music books are piled up in one corner, a small scanner is waiting for the next use, and behind a thick pane of glass a computer as high as a man hums to itself. It doesn’t take much more for a revolution these days.
