Sport: How to get enough exercise

Stop when your heart is beating faster? No! Because when moving, too much caution sometimes hurts.

The Germans clearly do too little sport. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends between 150 and 300 minutes of moderate aerobic physical activity per week for people over the age of 18 to stay healthy. Just check yourself: can you do it? According to the WHO, 22.6 percent of the population in this country achieve this goal.
