In the evening, world number one Gerwyn Price starts the Darts World Championship in London. The Welshman is aiming for his second title at the most important tournament of the year after 2021.
Let’s continue at the Darts World Cup in London. After the end of the soccer World Cup in Qatar, the organizers of the world association PDC are returning to the normal start times.
It starts at 1.30 p.m. (Sport1/DAZN) in the afternoon and at 8 p.m. in the evening. On the fifth day of the most important tournament in the world, the world number one intervenes in the action.

How is the “Iceman” doing? Gerwyn Price of Wales must win the title at Alexandra Palace for a second time to defend his place as the premier of the darts world. It will be difficult, but the first hurdle seems doable. On Monday evening (11 p.m.) he will face Englishman Luke Woodhouse. The 34-year-old has not gotten past the third round at the World Cup.
Top duel in the afternoon
Former Grand Slam winner against reigning team world champion: In the afternoon (4.30 p.m.) the fans in “Ally Pally” will be offered a top duel on paper. The Portuguese José de Sousa meets the Australian Simon Whitlock. After a very weak opening match, Whitlock will have to improve in order to be able to keep up with the seeded de Sousa.
