Noel is experiencing a special moment: The 27-year-old is seeing and feeling snow for the first time in his life.
Noel Bako grew up in Zimbabwe. Snowfall only knows it from television.

While working as a procurement officer, Noel met his wife Jaima in Gweru in 2019. She worked there as a volunteer. He approached her at work and they fell in love.
The couple married in March 2021 and applied for a spousal visa, which was accepted in June 2022.
They now live together in Malvern in the south-west of England.
Jaima says that her husband is experiencing many things for the first time, but seeing the first snowfall was very special.
