SPD Taufkirchen celebrates 75th anniversary – district of Munich

With a performance by cabaret artist Christian Springer, the SPD in Taufkirchen is celebrating the 75th birthday of its local association this Friday, July 1, in the culture and congress center. The festival program begins at 7.30 p.m.; before that, from 6 p.m., visitors can view an exhibition of Taufkirchner SPD election posters. With portraits of the mayoral candidates Hartmann Räther and Rosi Weber, they not only remember people who shaped the local association. Slogans like “You, isn’t there a crèche here?” or “There are many beautiful places in Germany. For us, the most beautiful are jobs” also reflect the central demands of the SPD at the time. The 75 election posters can be seen in the foyer after the anniversary celebrations until July 15.
