Death toll at Spanish-Moroccan border rises to at least 23
Human rights activists accuse Moroccan forces of “unjustified violence”. Up to 2,000 people apparently tried to cross the border fence to the Spanish exclave of Melilla in North Africa at the same time on Friday.
