“Sound of Peace”: 15,000 people at the peace concert for Ukraine

Around 15,000 people attended the “Sound of Peace” peace concert in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin on Sunday. They saw German mega-stars like Sarah Connor and Marius Müller-Westernhagen calling for peace and help for Ukrainian refugees. “It’s important to see the masses that come together here. It’s important to see that the whole world stands for Ukraine,” said Natalia Klitschko. It is important to end the war as soon as possible. “With unity, if we all stand up, we will achieve this.” Her husband Vitali and her brother-in-law Wladimir are fighting in Kyiv to preserve their homeland. The TV stations ProSieben and Sat.1 broadcast the concert live.
