SOS Médecins threatened since this summer to strike after the agreement between the Health Insurance and liberal doctors on the revaluation of certain acts at home and from which the members of the federation have been excluded.
“We absolutely want to revalue the visit”, blocked for several years at 35 euros, said Dr Jean-Christophe Masseron, president of SOS Doctors France, while an agreement signed at the end of July by the unions of liberal doctors and the Health Insurance, provides for nearly 800 million euros of investments with, in particular, more than 300 million euros of revaluations for general practitioners and specialists and 300 others for digital health. This agreement extends the “long visit” (70 euros) but only for the benefit of treating physicians who come to their own patients.

“This completely excludes our activity”, deplores Jean-Christophe Masseron, who claims a minimum price of 57.60 euros (excluding evening and weekend increases), on the model of the urgent visit in nursing home created at the beginning of the epidemic of Covid-19 and suppressed since. “The Health Insurance has found a way to exclude SOS Médecins from the revaluation of the visit.
