The design is inspired by the in-game symbiote, which takes over the console and controllers – but you can still see some red under the vines. This represents the different ways players can experience taking over the symbiote in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. It’s a constant back and forth struggle for supremacy – internal or external – and the end is not certain.

The new PlayStation should appear before the release of the game – namely on September 20th. It comes with a code for the game. If you already have a PS5, you don’t have to worry. Because Sony will offer you corresponding covers and shells for retrofitting, with which you can transform your PS5 into a Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 special edition. However, a price for the covers has not yet been set.
However, there should be a corresponding demand. Because on YouTube, the comments on the special edition are mostly positive. Fans tossed praises like “amazing, spectacular or even ultimate” and “this looks INCREDIBLE.” around yourself. Will the reactions to a PS5 Slim be similarly positive?
