End of the road for a 23-year-old fugitive. A Somali national, who was under a European warrant for a homicide committed in Germany last December, was arrested in the European Metropolis of Lille. He is suspected of having killed an Albanian national in Flensburg, a city in northern Germany.
The individual was located Wednesday in Marquette-lez-Lille by the Lille judicial police, while he was waiting for a medical appointment in a public health establishment, according to a police source.
