It’s a side note that packs a punch. “It will be a big wheel that we will turn,” says Prime Minister Markus Söder (CSU). It’s Saturday, Söder is giving a speech in the town hall, 200 years of the Nuremberg Teachers’ Association. He speaks surprisingly openly about his vision of a new teaching degree. A course of study so flexible that graduates could start at any school, regardless of whether it is a middle school, junior high school or high school. Is the teaching revolution coming in Bavaria?
